My name is Pankaj, and I work as a security guard in Virar, Maharashtra. I live in a small rented house with my wife, Sapna, who has been my strength and support through every hardship. Today, I am reaching out to you with a desperate appeal to help raise funds for her urgent surgery.

Sapna is suffering from Fistula Piles, a painful and recurring medical condition that has now worsened to a point where immediate surgery is the only option. The operation is scheduled for this Saturday, and the estimated cost is Rs. 50,000. As the sole breadwinner, I earn about Rs. 24,000 per month. After paying Rs. 8,000 in rent and repaying an EMI on a Rs. 1 lakh loan that I had taken earlier for similar treatment, I am left with just enough to cover basic household expenses and Sapna’s regular medical needs.
