My name is Prajakta Parab, and I am reaching out with deep humility and hope on behalf of my family. My husband, Prashant Parab, devoted husband, father, and BEST employee, is currently battling Multiple Myeloma, a severe and life-threatening form of blood cancer. His treatment requires intensive chemotherapy along with a bone marrow transplant, procedures that are not only physically and emotionally draining but also financially overwhelming.

Prashant has been in and out of hospitals since early September 2025, undergoing multiple rounds of treatment. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy at Tata Memorial Hospital and preparing for a bone marrow transplant at Kharghar Cancer Hospital, a procedure that involves substantial costs for hospitalization, medication, and post-treatment care. Despite earning a combined monthly income of approx. ₹1.25 lakh, the recurring medical bills, travel, supportive care, and upcoming transplant expenses have pushed us into severe financial strain.

I am working as a Head Nurse Incharge at Bhaktivendanta Hospital who has spent years caring for patients in their most difficult moments. Today, I find myself on the other side seeking help to save my husband’s life. Our daughter Sanika, a law student with big dreams, is also struggling under the emotional weight of her father’s illness.
