Karunya Seva Cultural Welfare & Social Foundation believes in transparency and accountability.

• Donations once made are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Refund requests may be considered only in cases of duplicate payment, incorrect amount charged, or technical transaction errors.
• Any eligible refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date along with payment proof.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe as per banking and payment gateway procedures.
